The Resilience Unravelled Podcast

We have been building resilience in organisations for a number of years but we know that so many more people could benefit from what we do.  That's why we decided to collect stories from ‘real’ people about their lives,  challenges and learning and turn them into podcasts. It has enabled us to share resilience thoughts and ideas from many specialists, provide a bigger picture of how building resilience can make a real difference and hopefully be helpful for people who may be facing similar challenges.
