Fabrice Desmarescaux - A new path for leadership
Fabrice Desmarescaux was born and raised in France but has spent most of his working life in Asia, where he has been a business executive for over 30 years. For the first 15 years of his career, Fabrice worked in management consulting, working with boards, CEOs, and the C-Suite to design strategies and implement transformations.
In the last 15 years though Fabrice has pursued his passion for helping clients reach their full potential. Clients choose to work with Fabrice because he relates to them as a peer, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment for introspection and growth. He holds certifications as an integral coach, organisational coach, team coach, and yoga and meditation teacher. He earned an MBA from INSEAD and an MSc in Civil Engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris. Additionally, Fabrice is accredited by the International Coach Federation (PCC level), a certified Yoga Teacher, and proficient in utilising various leading psychometric tools like Hogan, Predictive Index, and Enneagram, among others.
