Ali Horriyat - Creating change

Ali Horriyat was born in Dubai and holds degrees in economics, political science, philosophy, business, international relations, conflict resolution, and religion. He founded the social activism non-profit Compassiviste in 2020 after selling his lucrative hedge fund and donating it towards mental health causes in 2016. He is the author of 13 books, including collections of essays and poetry, with themes ranging from racism and capitalism to spirituality, love, and compassion.
